I have used AccuTrans a few years ago for different personal needs but this was my first time booking a large bus for a company outing. I was extremely impressed from the first phone call to the drop off at the end of our trip. AccuTrans is very competitively priced and I love that they are not only locally owned but also a veteran owned company. The bus arrived on time (early in fact) and was clean and ready to roll. Our driver Debbie was very courteous and a safe driver. The ride was smooth and the seats were comfy. I sent a survey to my group after the event and everyone had positive comments to say about the bus, the ride, the driver, etc. We will be utilizing AccuTrans Group again for our professional and personal needs. i worked with accutrans on my wedding day, from months before all the way leading up to the day, The communication was wonderful, the staff was very friendly every time we were communicating through phone call or text, or email. The shuttle was very clean and the air-conditioning felt great on my summer wedding day, they were very accommodating and understanding, Wedding planning was so stressful for Me, I had a lot of things go wrong the day of my wedding and even up till after the wedding the communication was amazing and the service was still great.
